Engagements
Scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, liability and intellectual property are agreed per engagement in a written agreement between AVS Media and the client. Where our general terms and conditions apply, they are provided with the quotation.
Product terms
Geenius and PromptVerse are separate products with their own terms of service and privacy statements, published on their own websites. Using them is governed by those terms, not by this page.
Liability
We cannot accept liability for decisions taken on the basis of information published on this website. Liability arising from an engagement is limited in the way set out in the agreement for that engagement.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes we cannot resolve together are submitted to the competent court in the district of Gelderland.
